George Samia attended law school at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia and articled with Hajduk Gibbs LLP before becoming an Associate with the firm. Mr. Samia has a background in commerce from Grant MacEwan University where he specialized in Management. Mr. Samia has experience in assisting clients with a variety of contested civil litigation matters, including chambers applications, Questionings, pre-trial conferences and negotiations. Mr. Samia has been involved in litigating in a broad scope of areas, including Corporate Law, Employment Law, Debt Collections, Contract Law, Aboriginal Law, Builders’ Liens, Defamation and Administrative Law.
Mr. Samia practices, alone or in conjunction with other members of the firm, in the following areas:
Mr. Samia enjoys golf, badminton, jujitsu, working out, travelling and spending time with family and friends. He is also a director of Canadian Lebanese International Humanitarian Foundation Ltd., a non-profit organization.
